Penalty Kick competitions -- which PS3 game?

I am looking for a PS3 football game where you can have a 2 player penalty kick competition WITHOUT the need to play a match ending in a draw first, i.e. I want an option to go straight to penalties. I know pro evo used to have this way back in the day on the PS2 but I don't know what FIFA and Pro Evo offer nowadays.

Happy to be recommended older versions of games or even some other game other than the latest FIFA or Pro Evo installments.

Pretty much any of them have practice modes and they usually will have a mode for penalty kicks.

The 2010 World Cup game had that as a game mode.

Thanks, will look into that. Only one I checked was FIFA 09 which doesn't have it as a mode.
