So Daniel cousin has signed for Rangers, but not in time to be registered for EEP tomorrow. As far as I recall, though, he also has a one match suspension to sit out in the league, as you may or may not recall, his last game for Rangers ended in 2 goals at Celtic Park as well as a red card.
Although this was four years ago, doesn't this translate to a ban for the next domestic game in which he's available in the country where he was sent off?

His suspension was served while he was at Hull City. He's clear to play for Rangers.

It's possible he served it under reciprocal arrangements, i.e. his ban went with him when his registration moved jurisdiction.
