In the First Division I think Ross County are a good price away to Raith at 1.91. There's a big gap between the two sides, which is reflected in the league positions and points totals. Ross County have won 5 of 9 away games, which also works out as 5 of their last 7. They pumped Livingston last week and are without question the best side in the league. Raith have lost 6 of their 11 home games and have only scored 9 goals in the process. Ross County have beaten them both times they've met this season as well.

In the Premiership I like QPR away to Blackburn at 3.20. This purely on the basis of Blackburn being absolutely gash. They've taken a ridiculous number of points off the "big four" and seem to struggle against teams around them. They're coming off the back of a 7-1 humping last week and morale should be low. Samba and Givet are missing from an already dreadful defence. QPR are missing a few players but the price on them looks too long.

Espanyol should win at home against bottom club Zaragoza at 1.62. Espanyol have won 6 of 10 at home (2 of the other 4 were Barca/Madrid) and sit level on points with 4th placed Levante. They got an excellent point away to Bilbao last week as well. Zaragoza are rock bottom with just 12 points from 21 games. They've lost 8 of 11 away games and the club is in crisis. They've lost 8 of their last 10 home and away and haven't won since the middle of October.

I'll have a look at the rest of Spain, Italy and Germany when I've got more time later on.

I fancy a speculative £1 bet on 4 draws on the SPL games not involving the Old Firm.

Hibs v Aberdeen - 4 of the last 5 fixtures involving these teams at Easter Road have ended in stalemate.
Killie v Hearts - Again 4 of the last 5 fixtures involving these teams at Rugby Park have ended in a draw.
St Johnstone v United - the last fixture at McDiarmid ended in a draw and the game at Tannadice this season was also stalemate.
St Mirren v Well - 3 of the last 5 fixtures at Paisley have ended in a draw and the game at Fir Park this season was also a draw.

As I say, certainly worth a quid!! Pays £114

Gone for Pa Kujabi (Gambian roberto carlos, ken) FGS at 40/1.£2 on that. Will probably have a BTTS on as well before tomorrow.

I've only had a quick glance at the fixtures, but the one the jumps out at me is Sunderland at home to Arsenal.

Almost seems too obvious, I have placed a small single on them though at 13/5. Sunderland draw no bet is 13/8.

  • Arsenal have won none of their last three visits to the Stadium of Light, losing once and drawing twice, conceding one goal in each game
  • The Gunners have won just two of their last 12 Premier League visits to play teams in the north east (W2 D8 L2).
  • Arsenal have won just five of their last 22 away games in domestic competitions (W5 D7 L10)
  • Sunderland have lost just one of their last 10 Premier League home games and won four and lost none of the five since Martin O'Neill took the helm.

I fancy something on Ipswich who are coming on to form recently at home to Middlesbrough who have just come through 120 minute FA cup replay on wednesday and could be feeling the after effects.

Cowdenbeath at home to Stirling has got to be money in the bank.

That isn't the first time a Celtic fan has said that.
You will retire me, but Iniesta will retire us both.

Har de har,,,,,,,,,,, I just dont see them winning the game, sorry :D..... the stats the boy put up earlier made me think 1/2 but it a no no even then. A draw would do County and Raith at home are 50/50 in avoiding defeat.

For me, Udinese look decent value at around 13/8 to beat AC Milan at home tomorrow night. Despite their form being slightly erratic, they are unbeaten at home all season, sitting 4th in the league. Adding to that, Milan could be without 13 first team players for the game, 8 injured, 2 suspended and 3 facing fitness tests with possibly an eye on the Arsenal game in midweek.

Going to be worth a couple of quid for me.

I like the sound of this one as well. 10 wins from 11 home games is impressive enough even without Milan's injury problems.

Alloa and Southampton double. Leeds and Sheffield United double.

Might stick a tenner on Man U as well, hovering around 1.9 at the moment.

And that was not a good start, losing the Doctor at this stage of the game is pretty catastrophic, the Mafia will be creaming themselves after that kill. Particularly when the Doctor is as skilful a player as Forehead is.

You're a brave, massive foreheaded man backing Saints today. They may well do the business but they've been shite recently and Burnley are very good away from home this year.

Large single on Man Utd at c.1.99 at Betfair. Liverpool have been largely (and typically) inconsistent this season and I just can't be convinced they'll put in a decent performance today. Certainly if I had priced it myself I would have went shorter on Utd at OT. United have an average of scoring over 2 goals at home this season and although Liverpool could also score I feel Man Utd are capable of scoring one more.

Also looking at:

Bolton vs Wigan 1/1 - Bolton have picked up recently and although they will miss Cahill they have enough about them to beat a Wigan side who are dreadful away from home.

Blackburn vs QPR DNB 8/5(??) - Not sure of the exact price as I found it last night but QPR were priced at c.2/1 last night which I personally feel is massive given that they have strengthened during January and Blackburn will potentially be without Samba and also Givet. Blackburn are also rubbish and home advantage is null and void with their awful home support. DNB offers a safety net at reduced yet still god value odds.

Posh vs West Ham 11/10 - West Ham have the best away record in the league. Peterborough having lost 6 of 14 at home, drawing 2 and winning 6. They have conceded on average over 2 goals at home per game. WH have goals throughout their team and can punish any mistakes from the home side.

Leyton Orient v Huddersfield 1/1 - Huddersfield have lost only 7% of away games, drawing most but have scored an average of two per game away from home. Add the Jordan Rhodes factor, mix with Orient's indifferent home form and you've got yourself an away win.

Also fancy Motherwell 13/8 away to St Mirren but need to look into it a bit more.

Will probably perm four from the above list.

Dundee have a dismal record against Hamilton, but i fancy them to change that today.
Sheff Wed were garbage on Tuesday night, but back in the league, Exeter should be disposed of, if they are serious about getting into the playoffs.

So Dundee/Wednesday double today. It was a Treble with Charlton, but that ones off.

I've also got a BTTS and all the SPL games to have more than 1 goal.

Only went for a fiver, was inplay by the time I got on to bet so the price was 11/10 Posted Image 5.50 up for today. Stuck 3.50 on East Stirling DNB at 7/4 Posted Image I can't see us winning, but if we do then I won't mind the 3.50 loss.

Also stuck 2 quid on BTTS to score in Annan/Elgin, Leicester/Cardiff, Sunderland/Arsenal and Everton/Chelsea. Returns 15 quid.
