Like what was mentioned in an earlier post... friendlies are arranged to plug gaps in training, giving injured ,suspended players and trialists a run out and of course the management a chance to try out new and varying formations.......is it any wonder with so much going on the result sometimes goes against you ?

Seriously, i cannot believe all the interest show for a wet,cold,winter night Greenock v Forth friendly. I cannot imagine any fan turning up for this game.
Correct me if im wrong but did anyone show apart from the players & the management team?

Not many granted. I was there to watch the Forth and there looked to be a few watching Greenock, although maybe they have a large backroom staff/committee ?
