Probably still "let's go Cena", "Cena sucks" ones but with the former being very quiet, high pitched children who aren't aware he's a bad guy and the latter will be deafening.

3 x Rock Bottoms, 2x Peoples ellbows and a sharpshooter. Cena will kick out, refuse to tap. He'll then pin the Rock, then the handshake, raising of hand as said before.
Cena Sucks.

EDIT: It'd also be preposterous for your main guy to lose to someone who isn't an active wrestler.

Vince loves giving celebrities wins over his wrestlers though. Lawrence Taylor, Kevin Federline, Snooki, Floyd Mayweather etc

I don't see how you can have Cena lose and then The Rock leave, what good does that do for anyone??

They'll turn him before it, I'm thinking at EC they'll have Kane/Cena/Ryder and he'll start on Ryder then. He has to go into Mania as a heel.
I hope they don't have him cheat to win, not at Mania.

Cena will go into Mania as a heel even if he's not on screen for the next 6 weeks and they won't need to "turn" him.

I think Cena will win on the night. They'll try and hype it up as the biggest match in wrestling history and hopefully we get to see some good promos and awesome video packages. Has to be a clean finish as well, anything else would be unacceptable in the Mania main event.
Other matches planned for Mania so far:
CM Punk vs Chris Jericho
HHH vs Undertaker
Big Show vs Shaquille O'Neill
MITB Ladder Match

I can see both sides and I'm really struggling to choose.
The above point presents me with one side of the argument. I wouldn't see the point in the Rock returning and beating Cena only to leave again, where does that leave Cena's standing?
The other point I'm seeing is, and I know there's a lot of money in it probably, but why would the Rock come back to harm his reputation by losing to Cena?
I'm going to try and keep this argument fresh in my head so upon watching I'll genuinely not know who is going to win it.

He misses the spotlight, sure he's a film star now, but I'm betting that being the main star of a sellout wrestling show is a much bigger rush. He obviously doesn't care to lose so he's willing to take that hit to get the rush.

Main Event
John Cena vs. The Rock
Hell in a Cell Match
Triple H vs. The Undertaker
WWE Championship
CM Punk © vs. Chris Jericho
World Heavyweight Championship
Daniel Bryan © vs. Sheamus
That cell match should have people interested for sure that went off it for a while. All four of those matches will be class. It looks like there's going to be a ten man tag between Team Teddy Long and Team Mr. Excitement, The Big Show vs. Cody Rhodes and something potentially featuring The Miz.
