Since the introduction of seeing who is allocating dots I'm getting quite irritated by seeing unfamiliar names who have been giving out dots but I have never seen these people post., what's the point of signing in to a forum just to give dots ? In my opinion it's rather cowardly to say you agree/disagree but not display opinions of your own ? Why register at all ?

More than likely that the red-dotter is afraid of being red-dotted by the cyber-friends who tend to green-dot the person who's just been red-dotted.

By posting nothing then they can't be red dotted themselves... unless you search that person's profile, find a post of their's from ages ago, add the page to your favourites and just red-dot that first whenever you come on here... picturing their confused face as to how they've suddenly lost all their precious greenies in the space of a week despite contributing f*** all. Not knowing who's done it will enrage them even more!

OTIG FTOF spends his Saturday evenings/Sunday mornings red-dotting my post match shenanigans, usually two reds but quite often I get the full-fat three. Reeking of insignificance that kid.

Not sure why folk get upset or more worryingly happy about the dots.

I'm not too worried if folk find what I post agreeable or not. It's just an online forum.
I might be interested if my mates started handing me red dots when I'm talking to them in my pub but some c**t I've never met taking offence to something I've posted (possibly while drunk or stoned) isn't going to change my mood.
