It's
supposed to be biased, that's the whole point. It's looking for adherence to a certain worldview by using appropriate trigger phrases and mixing it up with other questions.
I don't know nearly enough about statistics to otherwise comment.
edit: I see the guy edited his article to hand-wave away the question complaint. He should stick to statistics.
