Have to say that was funny.
Mother played by Peter Beardsley, Father by John Cleese.

Shame that particular combination shall never be worn, if there was tangerine trim on the top it would maybe not look so bad!

My team Clydebank wore this monstrosity of a kit back in 1991-1992 - worst Bankies kit ever - and we had some crackers over the years!!!:(

In my first season supporting Dunfermline my favourite kit was the Clydebank strip, was an Ajax style one.
Aye, Good luck in life.

Was this from the 0-0 draw v my team Clydebank during our time at Cappielow??- this was hot on the heels of an 8-0 pumping from The Buddies that The Bankies had received about 2 weeks previously at Love Street?

Worst season ever :( :(

We have worn a couple of versions of the Ajax kit mate - back in the 70s we wore this from 1972-1975a variation on Amsterdam's finest

Whilst in our dying Senior days at "sunny" Cappielow we also sported this rather snazzy number - which looked infinitely better than most of the players wearing it!!!!!!!! !!!!!-

Although to be fair to Kenny Brannigan who sports it here he was one of the better ones!!!

Belter. I wanted the Pars to have an away top like that at the time.

Instantly associate that top with a good Morton team as well of the time.
For we're the Pars, Dunfermline Athletic,
And now we are on song,
For we're the Pars, Dunfermline Athletic,
And we'll go marching on.

I think the 'bumblebee' has, maybe it was in the other kits thread. TBH I didn't mind it as much as many other people did. It wasn't great, but it got a lot of criticism and there has been a lot worse.

Fkin lies.

Their team in the 1995/96 First Division season was a good one - players such as Rajamaki, Lindeberg, Hawke etc. That was actually a cracking division that year - certainly up to around February - March, you had five teams - ourselves, Dundee United, Dundee, Morton and St Johnstone all in contention for the title.

Er, no!
East Fife players were said to be "covered in chicken tikka and potatoes" after a fracas in the cafeteria during an Irish Sea crossing.
