It has been a fairly quite transfer window this time around, but perhaps deadline day will spark it into life. Harry Redknapp will spend the day in court, so Sky will have to find around 5 hours of filler to replace his interviews where he says he isn't going to bring anyone in -before launching bids for 47 different strikers.

Here are some deadline day specialties to look out for on Sky Sports News tomorrow. Feel free to add to them and to tick them off as they appear.

A collection of unemployed degenerates hanging around behind the reporters at various training grounds around the country.

Minor League 2 transfers being reported as big news on the yellow ticker of doom.

A feature on how a transfer deal is done.

A comparison of the transfer spend in the last few windows.

Carlos Tevez to be mentioned at least once an hour.

A club being referred to as "closed for business"

A Jim White "player-cam" following him as he arrives in his car and walks into the studio.

The close of the window being marked by live footage of Big Ben ringing and the clock striking 11.

At least 3 or 4 deals being confirmed well after 11pm.

A deal sneaking through unnoticed and only being announced on Wednesday morning.

Lot of games tomorrow night or tonight even, so there will probably a Soccer Special which could be a bit weird.

It would be fantastic if someone played on tuesday night and then played again on wednesday for a different team.

I think that players need to be signed 24 hours before kick off so can't happen. Would be brilliant if it could though.

I'm going to miss the traditional deadline day rumours of Robbie Keane to Celtic and Alan Smith to Rangers.

Someone from the First Division board will make a tremendously hilarious joke about a footballer being spotted exiting a Wimpy. The location is likely to be(but not limited to) Dingwall.

I'll always avoid Sky Sports News on Deadline day. Their annoying 'It's the most exciting day of the year' patter does my head in.

Twitter will probably be better to use anyway :D

Wayne Bridge is having a medical at Sunderland with a view to a loan move.

I don't know why teams keep bringing Bridge in, he has been utterly mediocre since he was at Southampton.

Wonder who will be the biggest name to make a late move today ? Carrol ? Fletcher ? Podolski ? Sneijder ? Kevin Davies ? Surely not.....Tevez ?

Bournemouth rumoured to have offered one million for Swindon's Matt Ritchie. Hopefully Swindon board told them where to go.

Not sure, but they paid big money for Tubbs from Crawley as well (Rumoured round 800,000). Swindon also a wealthy club, so hopefully no need to sell. The lad Ritchie is from Portsmouth, so a move to Bournemouth close to home, but in fairness, Swindon is only just over an hour away. So hopefully Ritchie stays put, help us win promotion and maybe JPT then I think a move to the Championship in the summer more realistic to him. Our right back Paul Caddis, doesn't get the credit he deserves in helping Ritchie, the two link superbly. Caddis finally starting to turn into the player he was rumoured to be.

You've forgotten about the in-depth discussion with Andy Burton and how seemingly 'well connected' he is within the game.

No mention of that fella Bryn Something who stands in front of a giant smartboard and looks like a plonker as he tries and fails to bring up info on Wolves signing someone from a club in the Belgian third division.

"Swindon's Transfer Deadline Day" would be a more appropriate title for this thread.

Sorry mate, will pipe down. Hopefully end of news, unless we sign one more striker, I'll be sure to let you know first ;)

Leeds set to sign Adam Smith from Spurs. England u21 right back been on loan at MK Dons, just been recalled by Spurs but looks to be Leeds bound now (not sure if loan or perm transfer, getting conflicting reports)

Money bags Man City to sign David Pizzaro on loan

Manchester City are working on a deal to sign Chile midfielder David Pizarro, 32, on a free loan from Roma for the rest of the season.

City boss Roberto Mancini coached Pizarro at Inter Milan and would like to bolster his midfield for the Premier League title run-in.

Pizarro arrived in Italy from Santiago in 1998 and played for Udinese for five years before joining Inter.

He joined Roma in 2006 but has made only 142 appearances

I think Pizarro could be a good fit at City - he's a bit of a budget Xavi/ Xabi Alonso type player, which City don't really have
I [agree/disagree] with your assessment because you [praised/insulted] a [team/person] that I [support/loathe]. Furthermore, I [admire/ridicule] your writing based on the previous statement, and not on the merit of what was actually written.
