What teams in the West have not been promoted or relegated therefor played in the same league since the re-construction of the leagues? (what year was that) I think maybe Pollok, Arthurlie and a couple more may have been in the Super Premier Division since it started??? And again I may be wrong here but have St Anthonys played in the Central First Division since then and Wishaw in the Central Second???

Only Pollok and Auchinleck in the top division.

There's a few that have never been out of the bottom tier - Forth, Wishaw, Royal Albert, Coltness/Newmains. Maryhill, Johnstone Burgh Benburb and I think Vale of Clyde have also all made an appearance in all four divisions since reconstruction.

Just checked - Vale of Clyde haven't in fact played in the Central Second since the reorganisation - they were promoted the year before. The way the Central First league table looks at the moment however, there looks like a fair chance they unfortunately will sooner rather than later though.

Think you're right hill on earth. The vale are an awful side this season again and will all but certainly be relegated for a third straight season

It is RRG.
Since promotion and relegation came in at junior level in 1976/77 Talbot have always been in top division.

Was fairly sure they got relegated the year cumnock horsed them 11 - 0 .

Whilst it's true Talbot have never been relegated the fact is you played in a closed league(i.e. no promotion or relegation) for the first 66 years of your existence,so it's not as good as you're making it out to be.
