The Record has improved it's junior coverage since I've seen Ally Graham at the games. Wish they would print the forthcoming fixtures on a Monday.
The Old Firm sell the papers, but I am finding them a bit of a turn off both in the papers & the radio. I listen mostly to 5 live, or the Leith FM lads on a Friday night.

Ultimately, papers cater to their readership. There's still a not unreasonable amount of non-league coverage in the nationals, and IMO a very good amount of coverage in local papers (and local radio).

go to england and all they talk about is man u or what ever area you live in down there so why should junior football command national coverage when its only regional and a small percentage of football fans watch it .
