Bit of help here please,
My plasma is flickering quite a bit and its getting worse
Just before i go and buy an new one, can someone confirm to me that it's f**ked?
and to that and, anyone know of good yet cheap 42"' tv's?
all help welcome.

Yes, it is fucked, and it will be cheaper to buy a new one than get it fixed.
Go for an LED, not plasma, and go for Samsung, Panasonic etc, no cheap shite.

Plenty of "cheap shite" use the same display panels as Samsung, Panasonic etc

I'd love to go for a great telly but really, i'm looking at £400 quid max!, surely i can get an ok 42" for that?!?

Surely depends if it's under warranty or not?
I'd recommend Samsung, good tvs.

Here are all Amazons 42" tvs Theres some in there under £400. If you fancy going 3D, the Manta has been getting really good reviews, both on Amazon and elsewhere. Im tempted by it myself, if Im honest.
