Siobhain McDonagh, MP for Mitcham and Morden, has asked the House of Commons to back a campaign to get MK Dons to drop 'Dons' from their name.

Wiping away the tears, Ms McDonagh said: "I want the authorities to look at the running sore of Franchise FC stealing our name."

A shite franchise club they may be, but what a pointless waste of everyone's time. They can call themselves what they like.
Even Gregory Tade doesn't know what he'll do next.
