Not much between most of the teams in this division. Home advantage should benefit Arthurlie but we've played fairly well in our last 10 or 11 games, and I'm hoping it can continue. I'll take a point and be happy. 1-1

Building on our performance and result last Saturday in the cup, I can see the 'lie start to turn things round in the league, 3-0 Arthurlie

It'll be a tight game, that's for sure - goals guaranteed as well I feel.

Got my predictions correct last week with a Bankies win against Peasy, but I think a 2-2 draw for this game.

Hard one to predict. Great result for the Bankies against Petershill last week who pumped us the week before. There seemed to be a better attitude against Kilsyth though and im hopeful of a home win. It will be tight though with possibly 2-1 or 3-2 being the outcome in Arthurlie's favour.

If you want to compare defences ken, you might want to try and recognise that both Clydebank and Arthurlie have conceded the same amount of goals in the league this season. Furthermore, Clydebank have scored 25 compared to Arthurlie's 24. In other words, it's very tight between the two for overall league performances - neither have been superior to the other thus far, but Arthurlie have three games in hand with that said.

Speaking of defences, Bankies have managed 3 clean sheets in league, compared to Arthurlie's 1. You're entitled to opinions ken, just make sure you know what you're talking about when making them though!

Nonsense.

Our defence is the best part of the team,

2 nil bankies.

Arthurlie were superior in the game at Holm Park but by all accounts Bankies have improved. Its always a good game between the two sides and this wont be any different.

Depends what Arthurlie team turns up. If the one that played at Talbot think it will be 2 or 3 nil, if the one that played against Peasy & Beith then Bankies could win. Think the former will turn up so (if it's on) then Lie to win.

LOL..

The 2 parts underlined, yes the figures do show that the have scored and conceded practically the same but the part in italics means ye cannae really use them to compare against each other.

Going on a pro rata basis after 15 games (same as bankies have already played) Arthurlie will have scored 30 and conceded 36. Arthurlie on average score 2 goals a game to bankies 1.6 but they are likely to concede 2.4 goals a game compared to bankies 1.9 goals.

thems the facts!!

eh...................... going by my stats I say it will be either-

Arthurlie -0.4 v Bankies -0.3

or

Arthurlie 3.9 v Bankies 4

should be a cracker

(and before you mosey back in here on yer high horse kingjad and claim that this is what you said all along about the game being tight, may I point out that that was never disputed, it was the stat comparison I disputed i.e they have scored more (better attack than you) but conceded more (ropier defence than you))

A draw would not be a bad result away from home against another top notch team. I'll go for wan wan or twa twa.
