I imagine the majority of the central belt will be hating with a passion the idea of another A9 road trip. I dont blame you. However I think the highland derby will be good for the league.
Ross County play good passing attacking football. Coming from the highland league I think we a fine example of why the scottish game needs an over haul, adopting the open pyramid 'English' model.
Whats the SPL fans thoughts on Ross County making the SPL ?

I'll probably watch it from afar with a perpetual sneer on my puss. Basically I'll become Reynard.

Personally looking forward to it. Yes it's a fair trek up to Dingwall but always enjoyed trips up there in the past. The Mallard being right on the platform as you get off the train is ideal.

Another dump of a stadium filled with 2,000 fans every week? This sounds great and just what the SPL needs.
Ross County's stadium doesn't even have a good camera angle ffs.
Get Dundee back in the SPL, at least they'll average about 6,000 and give us another decent derby.

The horror. Next you'll be telling us they don't allow the use of tartan blankets, or they have banned hard candies as they pose a threat to the players. Someone should get on the phone to the UN!

3 games in hand and two points clear. With a 5 goal better difference than Dundee. I think the league is a full blown conclusion. We have a far larger budget than our nearest challengers to add.
I think it will be better for the national team as a larger spread of scottish players will be given the chance to rise through the ranks.
Dont worry Paulo your ground will be sold for a Multi-storey by then and your team will need renamed as administation is looming. At least we havent done a Gretna/Hearts and killed ourselves in achiving our aim.

Its £3.20 a pint these days mate and its gone down hill rapidly. I would rather stroll up the street 5 minutes, plenty of other good pubs.

I take it you haven't been keeping an eye on the SPL this season? You know that Rangers team that was 15 points clear and are now 4 points behind.
I wouldn't be counting your chickens just yet.

You may not have visited the mainland recently, but £3.20 is about the going rate for a pint these days. In fact, I believe the SPL has declared that all Premier League fans must pay a minimum of £3.40 for pre-match drinks from next season onwards.

It isn't good for the SPL in my opinon, it's another team who take 150 fans everywhere. Fair play if they do get promoted the Highland derby will be quite decent. That's about it.

Can't see Victoria Park filled with only 2,000 fans every week, certainly not for when the OF or Inverness CT visit. Good atmosphere there better than most SPL grounds and excellent food at the pie stalls. Would be great also to have a visiting support that would actually fill the South Stand at the Caledonian Stadium which is something we don't often see these days.
I reckon we won't lose out for average attendances in a season unlike clubs in the central belt, Hibs or Dunfermline down County up might not be good for many clubs home attendances but fantastic for us up here, more money for us and County less for everybody else. Now we just need to figure out on how to get sleeping giants Elgin City up the leagues.

Will be a popular ground for away fans as a new ground for most of us to visit.
Celtic just want you to come up so they can try and gain revenge for their humiliating cup defeat to you
