Messi every time.
Little brown boy, the other side of the world....
He was born on a line many thousand year long, many more thousand to be
They survived on tradition, not wealth and position
Sounds pretty simple to me....

Messi is undoubtedly the better player but he has great players setting him up.

I think Ronaldo might create more of his own goals so just him.

And ronaldo doesnt have great players setting him up?

I agree Messi is the more complete player in terms of skill. That is not the question, I am saying "Who would you rather have in your team?", I answered Ronaldo because I think with his pace and ability to score with both feet and his head he would be more effective in the British game. I cant say this for certain. But Ronaldo has already proven himself on these shores whereas outside of Barca Messi has yet to prove he is the footballing god that he is made out to be. For the avoidance of doubt I do think Messi is a great player, the most skillful of his generation for sure.

Messi has won various awards around the world. He has been consistently been the best player in the world for the last three years. I honestly cannot fathom why people can say that he needs to prove himself in the EPL? He has absolutely dicked all the major teams from England in the champions league (granted he plays with barca but he is their main player) the last few years so why does he need to prove himself against the diddy teams?

Im not saying it as a matter of fact, it is just my opinion. Whilst I fully accept that Messi would be an excellent player wherever he plays I just don't think he would be the godlike footballing genius he is made out to be at Barca. Ronaldo on the other hand has proved himself on these shores and for that reason, added to his pace and aerial ability, I would pick him first.

I know it is your opinion. But your opinion is jobbies. I honestly do not even think it is a contest. Messi is streets ahead of ronaldo.
