Dont get me wrong annan were honking like a said in my post.but woeful decisions cost teams points.yes a thought queens played better, were fitter and had more ideas going forward but without the dodgy pens where would that have left the game?at one point the lineo on myside missed a clear offside because he was about 5yards behind play.fed up of lineos making decisions based on what the ref does 1st even if the linesmen are in far better positions.

No dodgy penalties yesterday both were stone wallers.
The first one McKenna was pulling the Queens Park player even before the the ball was crossed into the box correct decision by the Referee.
The second one Muirhead dived in taking the Queens Park player down correct decision by the Referee.
Queens Park were the better team and deserved to win they were a lot sharper and fitter than the Annan team.

You'll not see 2 clearer penalties all season. We were/are shite. End of.

Thought we were well worth our win, and both penalties were right. We could have had another one when Longworth(??) was kicked in the second half, but we'll not be greedy.

Dontcha just love standing behind the goal when one of your team scores a one-on-one with the goalie??? Great stuff from Craig Smith.

Important win for us, but it remains to be seen how consistent Stranraer and, more importantly, Alloa stay.

Going to have to wait for the highlights before I make any kind of comments about the game. £1 voddies at The Shed have ruined me.

Thought we could have had three penalties but a young referee will find that a bold move to make.

Anyway, not really a day for carpet football. An awful pitch and an awkward wind made for a pretty poor game. A great one to grind out though.

Disappointing result considering the flying start we made. Thought the first penalty was soft as it looked like both men had a handful of each others' shirt, but absolutely no complaints about the second. First half we had some cracking link up play between McKenna, O'Connor and Winters and looked really dangerous down the right. Second half, however, McKenna was only on the flank once, with the 'hoof it up the park' mentality in full swing. It didn't work, so why stick with it for the entire half? Had actually left before O'Connor's late consolation, was so frustrated with it all that I couldn't stomach any more.

It's awful to think that 2 months ago Annan were flying high at the top of the league, and now we're fourth with Elgin well and truly breathing down our necks. Harry needs to turn it round quickly and stick to keeping the ball on the deck
