No, I insist we agree on it before tomorrow's matches.

I wouldn't write Morton off tomorrow, actually. I'm expecting a difficult game for Ross County.

They played the second half.

Tidser played 24 minutes of the game, and Bachirou, 35 minutes.

In that 35 minutes we won 1-0. 8)

Yes congratulations, you beat midfielders who hadn't played a single competitive match for the best part of three months, over half an hour. I'm sure the gold star is in the post, but for the rest of us, Tidserou remain the unstoppable object.

We've played three games against Dundee, "so over-rated" is maybe just a wee bit of a sweeping statement based on three games.

What were the opposition for Tidser and Bachirou?

Bachirou didn't play in the 4-1 win against Ayr nor the 1-1 draw with Raith Rovers away.

He's scored 2 goals in 3 games against you this season.

The winning goal in a 1-0 win and the winning goal in a 2-1 win.

He also scored 2 goals against Rangers, and 1 goal against Dundee Utd. I think it's fair to say that they are a decent standard of opposition? He'll face Celtic on Sunday.

You can't judge a player properly (what with the shite media coverage of our league) unless you attend most matches your team play.

Even if you didn't, to ignore his 12 league goals so far this season is daft. Particularly when no one else has more than 7.

Surely a wind-up?

Any midfield partnership that loses doesn't seem to me like the best one out there. Tidserou = unbeaten in league competition.

I don't know about you, but it seems to me that the only unbeaten, first choice central midfield is Lawson and Kettlewell.

So 4 wins, 2 draws and 1 defeat for Morton whilst "Tidserou" have played.

What's all the hype?

When they found out that Gavin Rae was running away scared from the competition, they lost all motivation and just gave up today. Understandable really, elite sportsmen need a challenge, and not competitors that leave at the first sign of being bitchslapped into mediocrity.

Scored twice against Dundee, two winners infact. Also scored against the bigger team of Dundee.

Gavin Rae plays in the top six in the SPL whilst "Tidserou" are scrambling for relevancy at the bottom end of the First Division.

Competition? Looks like Rae has blown them out the water.

There's no way one team will ever get universal approval, but that's what makes a thread like this readable. My attempt at a 1st Division Dream Team:

GK: Rab Douglas (Dundee)
RB: Gary Irvine (Dundee)
LB: Aaron Sinclair (Partick Thistle)
CB: Stuart McCaffrey (Morton)
CB: Grant Munro (Ross County)
DMC: Fouad Bachirou (Morton)
MC: Stephen O'Donnell (Dundee)
MC: Michael Tidser (Morton)
MR: Nicky Riley (Dundee)
ML: Ian Vigurs (Ross County)
ST: Farid El Alagui (Falkirk)

Subs: Steven Milne (Dundee), David McGurn (Raith Rovers), Neil McGregor (Dundee), Mark Fotheringham (Livingston), Michael Gardyne (Ross County).

Kettlewell and Lawson are the best midfield partnership in the division. You can't argue with statistics: 78% of people know that.

So any midfield should look like this:

Riley Kettlewell Lawson Vigurs

IMUO (In my unbiased opinion)

Maybe a front two of Higginbotham and El Alagui (and when/if he goes McMenamin replacing him).
