I must confess this might as well be Synchronised Swimming as far as my knowledge on this is concerned.
Has anyone got any thoughts on this competition?

I'm actually tempted by his strike partner Pappis Cisse, who's currently priced at 10/1. He scored the only goal for Senegal in their win over Kenya the other day. Guess it will depend a lot on who gets more game time. They've also got Sow and Niang in their squad who you'd expect to get their fair share of time on the pitch as well. Might go for Ba on the outright, and take Cisse each way (

I arranged the work sweep for this and got Mali so I've now just stuck a squid on 3 of their players to be top scorer at 33/1, 40/1 (Keita, the one I've heard of) and someone at 50/1, basically all the Mali lads on Paddy Power.

You don't play football on paper.
They are pish in the big tournaments and this is a different Senegal side than recent years. They have 4 good strikers who have proven themselves in Europe, and Dame N'Doye has looked good for Copenhagen when I've seen them in the CL.
They also have Cheikh M'Bengue who I signed on Football Manager, he was a beast for my Sunderland team.

This could go in Doh moments back Andre rather than Jordan Ayew f/g so have backed Jordan as well with smaller amount, money back with ladbrokes if Muntari scores, have got him 9/2 with 365 as his record is 1 in 3 for Ghana. Also got small bets on 1/2 & 3-0 Ghana.

This is the worst competition for betting in the world. Last night for instance how the hell did Guinea manage to win that? Unbelievable!

Thanks for the good advice. I have now put a £1000 bet on Ivory Coast to win outright.
I will not be happy if I lose money from your tip.

Did i say they were gonna win it? Or did i not just say Ivory Coast are not pish n do not to bad in these tournaments?

No you didn't.
Again, all you said was Ivory Coast were better than Senegal. At no point did you 'warn him' about Senegal, or tell him not to place the bet.
