Excellent.
Not that I'm going or anything, but I enjoy having something else to get depressed about of a Saturday evening, now that the X Factor's finished.
What are conditions like?

We've also lost having scored first, such as when Raith visited.
We have scored the first goal 8 times and had 4 wins 2 draws and 2 defeats. So we have lost 10 points from being in a winning position - we've never been in a winning position after losing the first goal.
We have been in a losing position 11 times and lost all 11. So we have gained 0 points after being in a losing position.
And, as noted before, we've lost 9 out of 9 after losing the first goal.

Time to shut this shit down and get the ball forward to a player in a Livingston shirt. The first half was absolute murder. We seem to keep getting the ball two thirds of the way up the pitch before eventually just passing it back to the 'keeper and not putting enough pressure on the opposition defense. Either that, or we end up punting the ball out of the ground. Defending and attacking is poor, whilst the midfield are average.
I can't speak too highly of QOS either - this was a poor match between 2 really poor teams. We look a shadow of the team we were at the beginning of the season. Embarrassing crowd, btw. Probably the lowest gate in the 1st division all season.

Probably a fair result over the piece. Both sides could have won it over the piece although I reckon Queens will be kicking themselves for missing that chance at the end.

If we want to stay up then we need to start taking 3 points from games like these.
Not to dissapointed though.

To be fair the very average standard of play on display is not untypical of the Division. Alan Johnston was a stand out in the otherwise very forgettable first half.
In the second both teams became a little more adventurous. With some end to end stuff at times,
Lee Robinson made one very good save low down to his left and we should have scored late on when Reilly? was through on goal. Cannot complain about the result.
I still think that it will be a scrap to the end at the bottom with at least five teams involved in the fight.

After this I won't be surprised if we're fighting for survival nearer the end of the season.
We played quite well at times but played it back to the 'keeper far too often, which would give the Queens defence time to regroup. Well done to Foxy on getting his 185th appearance - most anyone's ever had for Livi - scoring must've made it all that bit better.
The 4 hour ride up north next week should be fun....

Was anyone booked/sent off after the final whistle?

You will be referring to a bit of a stramash involving most of the players at the final whistle. Those in the main stand wil have had a better view of what happened?

Hardly a classic performance, again, but there are signs of improvement. Livy probably had the better chances, but not sure either side really deserved to win - and we had a couple of really good chances to win it late on when Reilly and then Smillie were both through on goal.
The Livy goals came from sloppy defending again, but I dont think I would lay the blame with the defence, more with the players who should have reacted quicker around the edge of the box. Didnt think McLaughlins advanced role really worked today, by far his worst game for us. Was too often caught isolated too far forward with nowhere to pass to and without the skill to hold onto the ball. Its a problem for us, generally, the lack of movement off the ball. The player caught in possession inevitably gets blamed but its more often the lack of any options that causes them to lose possession.
Reilly did well, again, and was lucky not to score. Did well to win the penalty, but it was a bit soft.
Which brings on nicely onto the incompetent that is Somers. Awful, awful game. Not helped by the diving antics of the Livy player, but he really had a shocker. Clearly had McKennas name in his book before the match started and seemed to want to give Livy a foul everytime one of there players went down ... which they did ... a lot. Reids sending off was a terrible decision, but the crowning turd in the waterpipe was when he made the internationally recognised sign for "played the ball" after a Livy player jumped in to a tackle. Well done Mr Somers, we've obviously found the only person in the country who hasnt read the whole Kompany/dangerous challenge debate. Perhaps Mr Somers would like to point out to us the page in the rule book where it says playing the ball makes any difference whatsoever. His awarding of an indirect free kick, and no yellow card, for a studs up challenge came a close second.
So, some positives to be taken from the game, although with everyone else drawing it does feel like a missed opportunity to gain some ground. However, if rumours of 3 new signings, imminent, turn out to be true things could start looking a lot brighter

No, none at all. Just heard that there were meetings happening with agents. Hopefully, it will be at least a striker and a wide player. We desperately need some pace and movement in the side.

This game like the one last week sent out a clear message - if we don't get a couple of decent mid-field players in during the next ten days , we are going down.
I have no idea whether the BoD have the funds to get players in or not but that is clearly what will determine whether we survive or not.

according to gus podcast Gavin reilly was elbowed by maurice ross at the end and every player was sticking up for gav. but gavin and another player got booked.. gus said he tried to talk to ref but he didnt say anything , all gavin did was stand still
to the game it wasnt a great game ,draw was fair result but decision by ref were strange livvy should have had man booked for the tackle with studs up and barr should have been sent off last man. both tems missed chances. nut a point is better than none

I don't even think it was a penalty. The Queens player had a handful of Barr's shirt, as soon as he let go he fell over, unless their was something else I didn't see. Will need to wait for the highlights.

Thought your players cynical foul on Russell to stop him scoring was also a red, def stopped a goal scoring chance. also thought your numbers 5,7,2 & 4 were dirty bassas that were lucky not to get booked several times for kicks on players after we passed the ball, 2 eventually got a red, but 5 in particular had 3 bookable offences after his yellow card and the ref bottled it.
Stupid penalty by Barr, why the f**k we left him exposed in the first place is criminal, 2-1 up with 10 mins to go and we loss a goal to a punt up the park, and get out paced so nudge ther player when he's in the box, fucksake........
At the end we nearly blew it completely when Queens got in on goal and balsted it over the bar, so getting the point wasn't the worst that could've happened, still pissed off at not getting all 3 though. On the positive, the othr bottom teams drew 2-2 after both being ahead at HT, so no damage done. We at least halted the run of defeats, and got a couple of goals.

I will be even more specific than that veteran. If we do not get a couple of players ( midfielders urgently) then we could get hammered next Saturday. No Reid , McKenna and likely no Smith . Oh dear , not good !
