Why are there so many changes at management level at EOS clubs. (8 out of 12 pemier clubs in the last 12 months) Are the Committees within clubs unreal in their expectations. Is there too much pressure ? Are the managers disen'chanted with the league and the game in general ? Do they find out the time and effort which they are putting in does not merit or reward the hours lost in a week. Are we playing at the bloody wrong time of the year when everybody is under pressure anyway? What are the thoughts of Players, Supporters and Club custodians on this topic.
