Getting towards the business end of the season with some maybe significant results saturday just gone. Where do you think your team will be come 5pm on 5th May?
My guess now is :-
1. Queens Park, if they keep their best players
2. Stranraer, scoring goals for fun and will tighten up at the back
3. Alloa, plodding along without inspiring?
4. Annan, having a bit of a blip, will it last or will they pull together again?
5. Elgin, forget QP result, they are still capable of holding their own but mid table I think.
6. Berwick, a typical mid table side this season. New gaffer might stir them, but also might not.
7. Montrose, looked good against a poor Clyde and will do better than first half of the season.
8. Clyde, seem to be drifting at present with few positive signs.
9. Peterhead, surprisingly poor and no signs of improvement yet?
10. East Stirling, will probably have another mini revival but getting detached at the bottom.
But what do I know???

I'll go with Berwicks post above, can't see it being any different to this. There will be a massive points difference between us and Montrose as well.

Probably being somewhat optimistic for the Montrose position, but we are coming into form and hopefully will finish the season well. But the top 4 will stay away from the rest, with Alloa and Annan the class of the field.
Peterhead will improve and start taking points of all but Elgin/Clyde seem to be in a slump and just treading water.

I Like Moforever's post - genuinely think we have a chance of top spot.
However, I think it will end up like this...
1. Alloa
- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -
2. Stranraer
3. Queen's Park
4. Annan Athletic
- - - -- - - - -- - - - -- - - - - - -
5. Elgin
6. Berwick
7. Cyde
8. Peterhead
9. Montrose
10. East Stirlingshire
I think we will see Albion Rovers back in the 3rd next season as I think they will finish bottom of 2.
Forfar likely candidates for the playoffs and hopefully Queen's winning the playaffs and promoted to Div 2!

Don't think QP are consistent enough to win the league but should make the play off's at least.
We won't finish bottom but we will finish anywhere between 7th and 9th I think. If we don't sign anyone, particularly a striker, we will probably score less than 10 goals between now and the end of the season.

And that was not a good start, losing the Doctor at this stage of the game is pretty catastrophic, the Mafia will be creaming themselves after that kill. Particularly when the Doctor is as skilful a player as Forehead is.

Hard one to call, feel we could finish anywhere between 1st and 5th. If we can tighten up a bit at the back and stay free of injuries there is no reason we can't win the league.
My main concern is how small a sqaud Stranraer have. We've went with the same starting eleven for a good few weeks now. Our bench is made of a great goalkeeper in Davey Mitchell, Mick Moore, who always does the job, then another three players who have about 15 senior starts between them. In addition to our matchday team we have Stewart Devine who is out for the season and Chris Aitken who is still to come back and that's our full squad. Couple of suspensions or injuries and I think we'll struggle.
If Taggart rejoins from Hibs and we are to sign Kevin Finlayson who was on the bench for us at the weekend we would be a lot stronger. Don't know what the chances of either signing are though.
