3-0 home win, the home side, with their new signings, totally dominating their opponents who will be minus their talismanic defender who is suspended for this game.
A pitch invasion at the final whistle as the club and fans welcome back their hat-trick scoring prodigal son.
Where's that Carlseberg !

Aww jesus he who should not be named will latch on now
If we have a couple of new signings to bulk up our Midfield and a New striking option I reckon we'll probably win this 2-1, without 1-0 Hamilton.

A tough game to call. It certainly doesn't have high scoring thriller written all over it. I'll go for 2-0 to the Accies, both goals being clumsyly scrambled into the net.

It's the last game before THE game and Reid has signed 2 laddies on loan from Blackpool, it's hardly inspiring stuff.
Another great opportunity missed by dumb & dumber (Reid and Cameron) to put a few hundred on the gate tomorrow and a few thousand next week.
Oh my god, I can't believe how small-time their outlook is, pair of clowns.

the loan deals were already agreed before the money was given, could well have a trialist out there or someone signed and cant be announced till wed whn the AP comes out
but this is what i dont get , id rather we got youths in from blackpool than from the spl
look at the ages of the boys compared to where blackpool have been recently , these are youths who are trying to break into a team in the top half of the championship/bottom 3 of the premiership
they are clearly going to be of decent quality if you ask me
also holloway loves good quality attacking players lets hope they are in the mould we have came to expect from his blackpool team

incidently i expect a defeat unfortunately, players not going in for the ball 100% in fear of missing the big games coming up over the following fortnight

Defeat isn't an option, Hamilton are minus 2 of their best players, we must win at all costs to break this win-less cycle and get our chins up for next week.

WOAH THERE...Moffat in a midfield 3? Looks sensible other than that!
While a win would be most welcome I've just got this niggle that the players will have one eye on next week and that we wont have any sort of edge to our play.
Hope the opposite turns out to be the case but I fear a 1 or 2-0 win for accies.

there will probably be a bigger crowd than usual , we will wait till we are a goal down to start playing(ish)
just going by history of reid teams pre big game

Just don't tell our players that, they normally shite it in must wins.
Is this fixture still going ahead or has it been cancelled due to lack of interest?

Hamilton's best player away back to the SPL. Get that poacher Mark McLaughlin man-marked and we might sneak the win.
Prediction: Ayr United 2 - 1 Hamilton Accies

McLaughlin is suspended for this game. So that'll be two nil to Ayr then?
