Careful fella, that's what the Livvi fans said too. :P

Realistically though It'll be only one and we'll still be there waiting for you.

And hopefully so will a strong Dundee & Falkirk too! It would mean there will bigger gates all round with the pars having more opportunities to open all their stands.

That said 2nd place Falkirk only brought around 500 yesterday, I'd have hoped for more. This recession sucks.

In an ideal world Ross County off to the SPL. Pars back down. Ayr and QOS to be replaced by Cowdenbeath and Stenhousemuir. Nice small carbon footprint division right there.

To be fair given the way we've played at home this season it's no wonder we're down to our hardcore of 1500 fans. It's going to take a sustained upturn in results and performances before that number starts to increase.

Can't see whats wrong with our disallowed goal, and McGurn kicks it into Farid rather than a foul.

I thought at the time the ref had given us a freekick for handball, couldn't see any other possible infringement. But judging by the video, it was extremely harsh on Falkirk.

Took me a few watches but the Raith player jumps into Dodds, it's Dodd's that then miss headers into your strikers path. The Farid situation, he does initially stand near the goalkeeper but the keeper hasn't at that time attempted to kick the ball. Farid can basically stand where ever he likes at that time, he's in no way required to make distance between himself and the goalkeeper. Farid then turns his back, the keeper then starts his run and kicks and slices it off his back side. It's a debatable foul but an outrageous yellow card that leads to a suspension for him
Oh Steven Pressley, Steven Pressley has magnificent shoes. Oh have you seen them, they're such impressive Brown Brogues!

No one on the FFC side I think has mentioned our poor short corners....I always come out with the statement....short corners never work, I think I have been wrong about 3 times in the last 5 yr.....

Get the ball in the box, we have some good targets in there

Raith were better than last time through there and obviously at the TFS, a lack of real confidence maybe something that is in the air.

Decent game, so many this season compared to last

I completely agree with this. Just get the ball in the box, no need for f**king around beforehand.

When youve got guys like Farid and Dodds in the box there is no need to f**k around.

That'd be the same timewasting as the Falkirk guys were doing in the 1st half when taking an age to place and replace the ball prior to a corner kick.
Yet funnily enough the home fans even at 0-0 didn't get on his back?
Perhaps we were sober or clever enough to note there was a gale howling across the park blowing the ball off it's spot.

Or did you not realise that your not allowed to kick a moving ball from a set piece?

County were getting pelters from Falkirk fans on Boxing Day for the same reason.

Your 100% right the wind seemed to be a huge problem for your keeper. <_<

Miraculously after Falkirk scored the problem he was having seemed to vanish. :P

The ball was clearly moving before the 'keeper could kick it!

Not accusing any particular player or side but if I was wanting to waste time at a corner or goal kick in windy conditions, I'd place the ball as delicately as possible on top of the grass and then walk slowly away to take a long run-up, leaving plenty of time for the wind to take effect.

If I was in a hurry however, I'd ram the ball down into the ground and take a short, quick run up.

Fans can easily see what the players are doing but the refs can't do anything because it's a very hard one to prove.

To be fair the ref can book you for nothing anyway, ask Farid.Posted ImageIf the ref had seen what actually happened rather than guessing we would've scored there and Farid wouldn't be suspended.
