Apart from your two fat managers being the biggest mouth piece's in the EOS. What about then handling of the discipline then. Starts from the managers. The players see the managers being arseholes so they be arseholes !!

Welcome back bucky, I was getting worried about you!

Like G2008 says they are 3rd in the Prem, they've lost only 1 game in the Prem, they can improve their league position by winning their games in hand, their discipline can also be improved.

There's a lot of young lads at Gretna who will gain discipline & improve with age.

Depending on how many players they can keep, next season every one needs to be aware of Gretna 2008.

Had to swim from my cruise ship that's why I have been away for a while. Gretna are a decent team to be fair, WW are struggling just now, Rab must be under pressure as he spent so much money on guys really not cutting it ?
He might clear out some and start building again. Leith manager is another one that has a big mouth, his side attacks well but can't defend for toffee, 8-0 gee wiz, stirling are good but not that good. Lothian drew with Selkirk ?? Has to go down as a bad result for Mr Carr ??
I still think it will go down to the games between Stirling and Spartans, that's when the league will be won !!

I would rather have a constructive discussion than insulting people; I agree the discipline needs to improve and it's something discussed at length, but the majority of the team are 21 and under and still learning, the boy who scored a fantastic winning goal yesterday is 16 years old! Going back to my original post, instead of trying to slag people off, answer my question; other than Spartans Coaches, which team can better the Gretna Coaches record in a similar timescale? Oh, by the way, it takes one to know one!

Ex stirling coaches ?? Won British uni league last year unbeaten I think, finished 2nd in first season in prem, won Alex jack cup etc... They play better football than use now and are better.
Use finished 2nd last year in the 1st Division, not the best.

certain WW players are more than happy to let any one willing to listen, how much they're on,top centre forward being the main culprit.

Gretna Coaching staff unproductive are they? Well let's see how unproductive our head coach and his assistant have been!

Gretna 2008 - Calm down!

When I wrote that Gretna coaching staff are unproductive I meant that shouting constantly at the tops of their voices at the players is unproductive. I did not mean that their overall results since formation have been unproductive - as you have listed - Gretna's achievements have been very good.

However, let me return to the point I was making: shouting at players is, for the most part, unproductive. Studies of the act of coaching during competition indicate that this type of coaching behaviour is unproductive - it distracts players. Think of how coaches operate in any sport you may wish to discuss - do they stand on the edge of the playing area shouting at the tops of their voices? Of course not. There are many effective ways to coach players during competition: constant shouting at the top of your voice is not one of these ways.

Best of luck to Gretna for the remainder of the season.

Yep. Also pretty sure they finished miles ahead of Gretna when them and the Vale were promoted year before last,
