Not really sure how to word this into a Google search very well so I'll do my best to explain the question.
You know how on most new phones you have loads of different pages to scroll across on your 'homepage', and your background moves accordingly? I've seen one or two static backgrounds so that you just get the whole picture, and it doesn't move when you shift over to another page, how do I go about doing that with my current wallpaper, or, alternatively how do I get rid of all the unnecessary empty page so that I only have one?
Please and thanks!

This might or might not help. On the S2 you 'pinch' on the home screen and drag the unwanted pages onto the remove bit.
And when you set the wallpaper it gives you the option. Like this:
Untitled.jpg (5.36K)
Number of downloads: 0 with the right being the static one.

Nah it doesn't work that way on the S1 I think. Found an app called Multipicture Live that lets you select a different wallpaper for every page, and if you mess about you can select one image and set it not to move. Good enough for me.
