I know he's not everyone's cup of tea but I met him briefly at a game at Reading last season and away from the dug out he seemed a really decent guy.

Like warnock, just because he seems honest, he's also an ex aldershot player. but its a correct decision. Has spent money and they are 4th bottom despite being hyped up this season.
