Vale's disgrace

Today I took my 10 year old grandson to the spartans vale game today. As a long time vale supporter iI have never been more ashamed today and will never take my grandson to another vale game again. Having turned up for a 2pm kick off I witnessed a Vale official using incredible profanity and aggressive behaviour that upset my grandson to the extent he wanted to leave. Unfortunately for us the first half was poor and the highlight for the vale was the bullying of the kids singing for spartans. Not a request to stop singing but 2grown men THREATING children to stop singing. After a decent second half I took my grandson for a drink at the cafe. Only to witness the same official display appalling behaviour I still have no idea why the Spartans official did not call the police. I am disgusted with our board. At least Robbie went out to try and defuse this situation as the committee members shrinked away. I would not dream of taking any one even to watch the vale as long as this person and his ginger sidekick are involved. I know this is my first post but I feel compelled to post as I have a very upset grandson scared of abusive man who has disgraced his club, eos football and decent people. Sorry for the rant

Sounds like a cracking day out, imo. Your grandson needs to man up.
p.s. Please post more about the "fat abusive cripple".

Surley that fat guy and Ginger guy are not officials of the vale? If so they are a disgrace to the club and I wonder if the club finds their behaviour acceptable as no one said anything to them other that a couple of Spartans fans who took exception to them constantly swearing at people and trying to cause arguments. REALLY bad image of the vale if in fact these guys are involved officially with the club.

I was standing 5 yards from them and all the big man said was cheer and sing all you want but dont cheer when a Vale player gets injured.
As for the shouting at the end of the game i suggust you get all the facts first before you pump your gums. The big man shook hands with most of the Spartans committee and said the better team won , but one of the coaching staff decided to look at him and smile and give him the fingers. He did nothing then but when the person in question came
upstairs he ask him what his problem was in whichhe said we just fucked you so up yours. The big man was upset and asked Spartans committee to do something about it and was told by one of the new directors to f**k off .
If anyone at Spartans dont believe this about the person on the coaching staff the man on the gate that works for the people that own the ground said he saw what happen and will be reporting the matter to the committee.

I don't really want to get involved in this, it's already developing arms & legs.
Baldy Eric (well done on the name, whoever could you be digging at?) you could not have been allowed to stand 5 yards away from them, the only reason "they" were allowed to stand there is because it's in front of the wee singing section who have their flag over the seats up to where they sit/stand jump about & sing, so anyone standing there would not be obstructing anyone's view. All the rest of the seating area there's a no standing rule. If you wish to CHANGE your STORY to sitting 5 yards away then fair enough.
So the start of your story isn't true what about the rest of it?

The wee group of lads who sing at the game are a credit to spartans and they amused me on my last visit, keep singing boys your doing no harm atall

I dont support Spartans or the Vale and i was standing at the time and allis true. I am with a EOS club but had no game today so came along today.
Think it is childish to call the big man names like you did in your post , would you have said it to his face. I have known the big man for years and he is 100% a Vale man and does get a little bit hot under the collar but he is not the only one. Get off the big mans back . END OF.....

I think to say Spartans can only chuck it away now is a bit naive and premature! Yesterdays results prove anyone can beat anyone in the league this season and there will be many more twists to come. Spartans are not the finished article altho their experience may bode well for them.

if a club official over steps the mark,he should be brought to task,if the person is a repeated offender, its the clubs duty to relieve him of all duty, also in this day amd age, anyone that causes trouble at a football game runs the risk of being banned from all stadiums/games,theres no room in the game for these morons

I called him a clown but is behaviour wasn't funny, so I'm sorry for calling him something he isn't, I assume you are the bloke who was with him. Either that or you are the invisable man? I'm the one who does the shaky videos (see the Match of the Day thread) if you watch the Ali Mckinnon goal, I was sat filming near the 1/2 way line & you see the whole of the barrier from where you claim to be to the position of the 2 "Vale" fans, they are there you are not.

Like Luther Blisset, I'm an Italian anarchist collective. Ciao.
There must be something about Spartans, compared to say, Strollers or Selkirk, that winds up the normally calm and placid. Perhaps they should play games behind closed doors?

So you paid a fiver for a seat & stood up to watch the game, you suffering from the ol' farmers then or what? Maybe we could hire out rubber rings, actually I wonder how long they'd keep warm if you filled them with hot water? Anyway that's by the by, my mummy told me never to talk to strangers nor accept sweeties, I don't recall you asking me anything nor offering me any sweeties. I might have appeared brighter if you'd have asked me something on my chosen subject, what did you ask me?
Oh & yes clever-clogs should it not be "you'RE not the brightesT person? I am an 11+ failure so you've got a point & I'm not really one for pulling up other folk for their lack of brightness but I couldn't resist yours!
But we don't need to be English experts to be football fans so your forgiven for your lack of brightess too!
