No chance of anywhere near 1,000

We couldn't even take that to Motherwell.when we were in the SPL

Since ive been following Accies I think ive seen us take 1,000 once - to Forfar in 2004

St Mirren will thump us with either Hasselbaink, Goodwin or Van Zanten scoring and giving the get it up ye to the accies fans. Reid will say we played in the right manner and the youngsters were too inexperienced in the 'big' cup ties and will come back bigger and stronger next season etc.

Bring in a striker on loan and keep Alex Neil fit and I think we could have a decent second half of the season.

To be honest all we've got to play for now will be The Ramsden's Cup. We won't get promoted but I don't think we'll go down either. If we could move up the league a bit then I wouldn't see this season as a complete failure.

We took a baw hair off 1200 to Forfar and took over 1000 to the midweek Fir Park league cup tie, including those in the main stand. I'd say 300 today, given the form we're in and the disenchanted fans. I'll be there though.

You would consider 1000 a poor turnout?

I would say Accies are a mid table 1st Division club. There is obviously a chance we'd go down but it certainly won't be happening this season.

wrong but it was very close what i saw today was a good performance on both sides there were times i thought we could win this but it will have to be settled with the replay which i am not so optomistic about as we're a team that performs better away than at home

The league table doesn't lie, you will be back in the seaside league soon where a club of your size belongs.

That's the league table where we're six points off bottom with a game in hand.

Tempting fate ahead of Friday, aren't we? How did you manage to lose to Queens?

You looked at the table recently?
Looked at sky through smoke and God was not there. The cold, suffocating dark goes on forever, and we are alone. Live our lives, lacking anything better to do. Devise reason later. Born from oblivion, bear children, hell bound as ourselves, go into oblivion. There is nothing else. Existence is random. Has no pattern, save what we imagine after staring at it for too long. No meaning, save what we choose to impose. This rudderless world is not shaped by vague metaphysical forces. It is not God who kills the children. Not fate that butchers them or destiny that feeds them to the dogs. It's us. Only us.

Funny that if you look at all time performance figures,ye olde Hamiltonians are historically a mid table First Division club. With the size of the local conurbation, that is a failure to be honest.

If you are going to ask questions like that then, how did you manage to concede 6 goals against Dundee at home? Posted Image

a.) Because Dundee were on a fantastic run in the league.

b.) Hutton had an absolute nightmare in goals for us.

c.) We were/are a bit pish.

Now what's your excuse?

Now what's your excuse?

A) We can't score for shit

B) Think we had about 1 shot maybe 0 on goal

C) The team gave up and lost a late goal

We will always have an excuse, so the original question was invalid.

Excellent, I look forward to a high scoring game on Friday. Or a boring 0 - 0 shitefest. Only time will tell.
