Stab in the dark here but does anyone know if a patch has been created for Scottish lower leagues including the EOS?

Brilliant, is this database available on the game or do we have to download it first?

It is available on this very forum.

There is a 14 team SPL, leagues all the way down to clubs like "Rutherglen Glencairn" and "East Kilbride Thistle". There are new cup competitions. There are two versions of the game; realistic and unrealistic. The only difference really is prize money.

I dont kow if there's a patch just for The EOS league - I posted the following in the FM thread in the gaming forum (incidently I'm in the process of updating it for the end of january - If you download it and notice anything amiss let me know)

------------------------

Here's the links for the Regionalised Scottish setup I was talking about earlier if anyone's interested. I've only simmed these and haven't played a full season in the SPL yet so if there are any fixture clashes etc please let me know.

This is a 7 Tiered Scottish League (216 Teams) with realistic finances, I.E : 1st division winner recieves £70000 - winner of SPL recieves £3.5m inc TV Money. Under 19 league only, no reserve league. Conference Cup added. Both Rangers & Hearts start with a minus balance due to current finincial issues. All Leagues Playable.
The Improved finances database : SPL Winner recieves around £20m inc TV Money, 1st Div winner recieves around £7m inc TV money - Also Co-Efficients have been improved so there's EURO spots to 5th (6th Dependant on Scottish Cup winner). Under 19's and Reserve Leagues / Conference Cup & Super Cup added. All Leagues Playable

The Setup is as follows:

SPL : 14 Teams - split @ 6th , 2 Teams Relegated , 1 Team in Relegation Playoff (PO)
1st Division : 18 Teams , 2 Teams Promoted - 3 Teams PO , 2 Teams Relegated - 1 Team in Relegation PO
2nd division : 16 Teams , 2 Teams Promoted - 3 Teams PO , 2 Teams relegated

Scottish National Conference
Premier Division : 1 Team Promoted - 4 Teams In Promotion via PO , 3 Teams Relegated
Division 1 : 10 Teams per league - 3 Leagues split into North, East & West , 1 Team Promoted , 2 Teams Relegated per League
Division 2 : 20 Teams per league - 3 Leagues split into North, East & West , 2 Teams Promoted , 2 Teams Relegated per League
Division 3 : 20 Teams per league - 3 Leagues split into North, East & West , 2 Teams Promoted per League

Improved Money : http://www.megaupload.com/?d=FEPET96B

The downloaded files go in : User Name > Documents> Sports Interactive> Football Manager 2012 > Place the file in - editor data (If that folders not there just create it)
When you create a new game there will be an option at the bottom of the pop up box for 'enabled database' it'll usually already be turned on but if not check the box next to it and continue. The next screen will show all the databases available.

Edited to update download links n guide for where to place files
