Any new signings for you team then?

For Clyde, Paul McMullan has left plus the short term deals we had for David Crawford, Jason Marr and Jordan White are all up or about to run out.

We wont have a recognised keeper once Crawford leaves, Marr has been decent cover for Declan Gallagher while he has been out injured while White hasnt been great although he gets next to no service from our midfield.

Ideally we need another striker and a creative midfielder but with our non-existant budget thats just wishful thinking.

Hopefully the little slice of the wage budget freed up from McMullan's exit will be enough to allow Duffy to perhaps pick up someone else.

Is McMullan any good? I think he was playing for us on Monday at Peterhead.

I don't know, i've only seen him play about 20 minutes but the Berwick fans seem to rate him.

McMullan was very hot and cold, but when he was on song you've got one of the division's best wingers. Seems injuries are getting the better of him now though

Free to a good home I would imagine. Or to anybody who would agree to take him.

One and Fatty Barclay in the same team. That will make a few teams reinforce the flooring in their visitor's changing room.

Wonder if big Armand coupled with Cusack would work... considering the fact the previous, unlike Jordan White and McDonald, can win a good amount of aerial challenges... even off-song, he can't be any worse than Mark Archdeacon, surely?!

He got injured in his first game for clyde and has been poor in the few other games he has played for us. He is well overweight now and cant into our team even thought we have no other left mids / wide players. In fact we have played games with no left mid rather than playing him.

He was really good for Berwick in a game at broadwood last season but he's never looked like repeating that performance for clyde.

David Crawford staying until end of season - pleased with that.

Michael Oliver also staying until end of season - similarly pleased with that. He's not a striker but has done well enough playing in midfield.

Jordan White likely to be joining Falkirk after his contract expires - it means Archdeacon is closer to the first team <_<

Discussions to continue with Marr. Good player but with Gallagher back it would perhaps be overkill to have three really good centre halves and no good strikers. Wouldn't mind us playing 352 actually.

We've had Callum Antell's loan extended until the end of the season (seriously, thank you Hibs) and both Andy Stirling & Scott Maxwell have now signed until the end of the season. The club have also freed Nico Gibson and are waiting to see of Ally Love will re-sign. Craig Winters has also been recalled by Cowdenbeath.

It will be an interesting month for us, before the season kicked off I thought the Defence of Beveridge, Jackson, Cane and Frances would be good enough but each of them have been very inconsistent and Bobo has been suspended. It was only when Winters came in did we start to pick up points, and to be fair we should have picked up more than we did. The point is though, we still need an experienced Centre Half. The loans of Bradley Coyne and Lewis Horner are also up during the month and John Coughlin will be keen to keep both of them I'm sure.
Things can only get better!

No idea. He's a midfielder who's mainly been on the bench this season, although apparently was the one to set up Farid's winner against Rangers. That's all I know about him, aside from the fact he is the spawn of former cuddly footballer Stevie Fulton

Forgot to mention this actually, but I heard a while ago from one of his family members that Ally Love definitely wants away

We've got Ross Gray back from Livi on loan till the end of the season and signed ex-Shire 'keeper Gavin Sorely up for a month. He didn't look up to much today.

On way out is Jamie Burstow, reserve LB to Whitehill Welfare on loan for a month.

Hope to see a bit more action at Shielfield yet. Great to see us get some deals tied up early for once though.

Sorely didn't do much to excite or worry today - a couple of mispositionings but equally a couple of good catches. Time'll tell if he's a stopgap before signing someone else later in the window.

Gray did well in his 15min substitute spell, should provide much-needed width and pace.

I'm sure I'd heard Love had left East Stirlingshire somewhere earlier this week.

After today, our need for players that can retain possession and create chances became even more blatant.

Good player. Been mostly on the bench this season as his brother has made a better impact in the team.
