After saying on the 6G thread i wouldnt touch Man city tonight i changed my mind (after a substantial win in roulette)

£65 double on Man city & spurs = £150 back

See how it say comission 3.2%, whats this about a 40-60% premium charge that people were talking about on the betfair thread? you get 15k profit from that bet?

I reckon Manchester United at around 1.8 aren't the worst bet in the world. I'll be having a small wager on them to win tonight.

If you've won more than £250,000 over the lifetime of your account, and you have paid less than 40% of the amount you've won in commission and charges, they'll take 40%-60% of any net winnings at the end of each week. I was in the group that fell victim to this, but I've managed to find a way that saves me from it for the time being. My commission was 2%-2.2% for about six years but I use Betfair a lot less than I used to. I'll probably start using it for more stuff over the next few months, so I'd expect my commission to head back towards 2%. It feels wrong to be paying 3.2% somehow. :ph34r:

[Betfair now have a market base rate of 5% for almost every market, and you can earn a discount of upto 60%, so you just subtract this percentage from 5 to get your commission.]

I reckon Bolton are the worst team in the league, but Everton seem a bit short to me. Pretty much 1/2 now, which given their struggles to score at home against weaker teams is low. Luckily Bolton's defence is very poor, but that Everton price is almost worth a lay IMO. I had money up laying Everton at 1.47; the market hit 1.48 so nothing got matched. I'd be a back above 1.6.

Possibly- I just cant see Bolton winning at the moment though and Everton look like being top half again. Though Man United might have been a bit up for it tonight though and Rooney might have a point to prove Posted Image Still time though!

That's an awful first half from Manchester United. Newcastle have done well but they didn't have to do much to score. Jones and Ferdinand both have to defend better than that.
