Great spot
If every Charity Bet that was promised on here was actually paid out, cancer would be cured and there would be running water in every African village

It's the only one I've ever made on here and I'm confident I won't need to pay it. If I lose I'll stand by my word though.

Quite flattering that I've got people waiting months to try and get one over on me though. Was just being honest and there's nothing outrageous about it.

Which charity will it be, Widge?
Bets surely void as Rangers weren't kicked out of Europe at that stage.

Having an Aberdeen fanatic pay £50 to the Rangers Fighting Fund would have a certain poetic beauty to it and may act as a deterrent in future

It would also be a bigger donation than any Rangers fan's made.

Is there not a charity that supports people with weird obsessive stalking habits?

Widge apparently has numerous charities to choose from so is taking his time deciding which will benefit from Standfrees £50.

Oops forgot, if he really wants to give a donation, I don't expect him to though. If he does give it here...

Good choice Widge. Only a total scum bag would renege on paying up. I'm sure the promised donation will be made soon.

Oh well, that's good to see. I take it he'll add a post showing proof of payment as I've seen done before by the decent folk, the one's that honour their bets?

I suppose it is nearing the end of the month. You'd think he would have updated the thread though.

Just noticed this now. Obviously Saints couldn't do it by themselves but I'll make the donation next week. Don't know why you are all getting so excited about it tbh.
