I've probably missed a great chance to make a wee bit due to not much money in my paddypower account here but I was having a look at some South America game there and for about 5 mins the odds on 1st team to score didn't add up, not for the bookies anyway, and it meant I couldn't lose if I put on on ratio of 1:2:1.

I put 2 quid on home team to score first - to win 5.50
1 pound on the away team - .7 pound return
2 quid on no goals: 10.......and some pence return

Surely if I had £1000 to put on and split it up to that ratio I would potentially make a lot of cash....or at least my money back and a wee bit of interest.

Rare?

And yeah it's rare, but you will find the occasional fuckup like that, and whilst you'll probably get to keep your money this time, I believe the bookies reserve the right to take back any losses they make through errors like this if they really want to. Which would probably be the case if you'd had a grand on each outcome. As it stands, they probably won't care too much about your fiver winnings, so congratulations.
