Morrison has been one of Scotlands best performers in the last two games.

Well that should go some way to making up for the previous 4, where he was one of the poorest.

I reckon it will be:
AdamBannan Brown Morrison Mackie
Hopefully Naismith (at least) will be back by next September to replace Mackie. I can't see Forrest being involved until then because of U21 commitments.

I reckon something along these lines. No doubt Barry Robson will manage to get himself in there somehow too. I think it's good that there are plenty of options available.

Aren't you supposed to stay under the radar PB?

FWIW the midfield 5 would be

Cowie - Adam
Brown- Bannan - Morrison

I'm most likely going to get slaughtered for this, but how about Caldwell in place of Fletcher? I think he would fit well alongside Adam in there. Only problem I see is the obvious lack of pace between the pair of them.

Caldwell - Adam
Forrest - Morrison - Bannan

Probably a good idea not to put our best central defender into midfield.

Regardless of injury, Naismith always been shit when I seen him play for Scotland. Would rather he not get in the team anyway. Do wish him well with his injury recovery, just don't think he brings much to national side and often frustrates me when I see him play.

I would play

---------Brown----Adam--------

Morrision---Bannan---Snodgrass

But to be honest for the fromt 3 midfielders there is about 10 different options and I would look to play whoever is playing regulary and on form at time of the games

This would also be my midfield five.

Spain at Hampden for starters, the boy is a great player. One of the first names on the team sheet.

Forrest will be a first pick from now on, especially if he gets the multi million move to the EPL that's been touted all season. Spurs rumoured to be keen on taking him in Jan.

Every time I've watched him this season I've been blown away by his pace, control, composure and technique...and he's not long turned 20. Reminds me of Ribery or Robben at Bayern.

----------------------------------------
Brown - Adam
Forrest - Bannan - Morrison

Fletcher for Brown when fit
Naisy for Morrison when fit
----------------------------------------

No disrespect to Don Cowie who has shown he's an athlete and proud to be playing for his country, but he's never ever going to give us anything in a game against a Czech republic or a Spain other than desperate defending.

Adam Brown
Morrison Bannan Snodgrass

I think that will be the starting midfield but would like to see Forrest in there as well.

Who gives a monkeys who boness sign. They quite simply will not pose any threat to linlithgow this season. We have taken a squad who finished three points adrift and improved it all round. Boness have taken a league winning side and ripped it apart on the back of one mans whims. Top 5 at best for boness this year

Maybe a bit of a over-reaction but don't get the hype that surrounds the guy.

In truth Naismith only really upped his level over the last 15 months.

When you get to watch him next(next summer) have a look at the intellegent positions he takes up. He isn't quick, but he's a smart player and a great team player.
