Had a look and a view have caught my eye.
NEWCASTLE @ Home to Swansea - Swansea have the worst goal difference record away from home and only blackburn have conceeded more on the road. Newcastle should bounce back and have only suffered one defeat at home to a re-surgent Chelsea. 8/11 is a little short of the EVENS rule but might still go with it.
PETERBOROUGH @ Home to Coventry - Only Southampton have scored more gaols at home than Peterbrough while Coventry have yet to win on the road only scoring 6 goals in 10 games in the process, which is the worst record in the league. Also an 8/11 shot.
SHEFFIELD UTD Away to Bournemouth - Sheff Utd have kept 4 clean sheets in there last 5 games and come up against a Bournemouth side who are the second lowest scorers at home in the league. Bournemouth got a good win last week but reckon Sheff Utd should do it. 7/5 is a great price too.
AIRDRIE @ Home to Brechin - Only Arbroath have scored more gaols at home however come up against Brechin who are the lowest scores away from home with 6, however also boast the best defensive record only conceeding 8. I thin there lack of fire power might prove there downfall. 6/5 not a bad price.

Newcastle v Swansea @ 4/5 - Swansea yet to win away and Newcastle are strong at home and should win comfortably.
Leeds v Reading @ 6/5 - I think a better than evens price is pretty good considering Leeds are above them in the league and are also good at Elland Road. Won 50% of home games compared to Reading's 40% of away games.
Doncaster v Leicester @ EVENS - Basically because Leicester are a much better team with almost double the points of Donny, although they've only won 2 away games so not sure about this.
Notts County v Leyton Orient @ 10/11 - County have won 6 of 9 games at Meadow Lane and Orient only 2 0f 9 away. It looks a banker with County 9 places above and a near evens price seems generous.
I'll wait for team news and choose 2 probably.

Very generous that County price. My initial plan was Charlton/Carlisle but now I'm not so sure.

The same could be said for anyone in that league though.

That AKPO is a fucking walloper. Surely if Donny 'click' under his reasoning from a few weeks back then his bet is going down.

Is there problem officer? I called it when Doncaster beat Southampton but I think Leicester will beat Doncaster. Maybe I'll call it right again, maybe you'll all call it wrang again?

Newcastle had no recognised CB last week and paid the price. I'd be keeping a close eye on the team news before even thinking about taking them at odds on. I think City will bounce back against an Arsenal team flattered by some reasonable fixtures, they have only beat Chelsea of note.

On paper Newcastle look much too strong but they're a team I'll be avoiding for the time being. They had a really strong start but have now lost a few of their first pick players and may struggle with the expectation that's inevitably been created.
I'll also be avoiding Leeds against Reading but I like the look of Sheff Utd and County.

I'm tempted to bet against a West Ham win and probably on the draw at 16/5 with William Hill.
Barnsley have won 5 of their last 7 league games. Although they have only won 2 of their last 5 away games (the two wins were recently against Leeds and then Peterborough). I haven't got any Barnsley team news yet so I'll wait until Saturday morning before I do anything.
West Ham on the other hand are definitely without 6 players and are down to four first team midfielders (assuming Big Sam does the right thing and plays Faubert at right-back since they are without the two primary right-backs), one of which is Gary O'Neill who won't be fully fit. They've got enough about them up front to guarantee a goal. At home, they've been hit and miss. The form book is okay, with 3 wins, 1 draw and 1 defeat in their last five home games. The performances haven't been entirely convincing and the team comes straight from 2 straight defeats. If West Ham don't get an early goal then I can see the home support becoming increasingly hostile towards the team.
Don't blame me if it doesn't come in

Barnsley were 2-0 up at half time at home against hapless Ipswich in the live match last weekend and managed to lose 5-3? They might be driven to bounce back but I'll be leaving them alone.

I like the look of Celtic away to St Johnstone at 1.50. St Johnstone have lost 5 of 9 at home and have lost 3-0 to Motherwell and 2-1 to a rotten Aberdeen side there in the last week. Celtic have won 6 on the bounce in the league, with an away winning record of 6 from 9. Celtic have also kept 5 clean sheets in their last 7 league matches. I usually like bets with slightly longer odds than this but I'd give Celtic a much greater than 2 in 3 chance of winning this game.
In Germany I fancy Dortmund away to Freiburg at 1.60. Dortmund are 2nd in the table whilst Freiburg are bottom. Freiburg got skelped 4-0 by an average Koln team last week and their manager has been making noises about a number of changes from that side. Dortmund are unbeaten in their last 10 league games, with 7 wins coming in that period.

Anyone shed any light on why Southend are now as high as 2.04?
There have been around the 1.7 mark all week.

That is quite strange. They were at 1.53 on WH at lunch time, 1.60 half an hour ago, but have now jumped up to 1.91.

Bolton 5/1 away to Fulham looks ridiculously high to me. Bolton, granted, have been poor this season but Fulham are no great shakes either. Fulham also missing Schwarzer amd Sidwell with Zamora facing a late fitness test. Bolton only have Wheather missing who's rubbish anyway. Might have a small single on Bolton.
At first glimpse elsewhere I'm liking Falkirk (6/5) and Airdrie (11/
.
Not taking anything in Scotland till not long before kick off tomorrow though. Already two casualties to the weather and likely to be more on the way.

Partick are on a good run Raith well..aren't. Charlton & Motherwell have not let me down all season, hopefully it'll stay thet way. Notts is purely because they were mentioned earlier in the topic and Hull are indifferent but I can't see Millwall taking anything from this game.

Goal Rush Coupon
Wolves v Stoke- Wolves have scored in all of their last 6 home games but have conceded in every one of their last 13 league games. Bound to be goals. My view is a 2-1 home victory.
Peterborogh v Coventry- Peterborough are the Championships 2nd highest scorers with 40 goals whilst having the worst defensive record conceding 39. I predict 3-2.
Kilmarnock v Dundee Unuited- Kilmarnock are on a good run and goals should keep coming.Dundee United have scored 24 this season,The most along with Inverness of any team outside the Old Firm. I reckon 2-2.
Ross County v Dundee- 2 sides going well at the top of division 1. County are the divisions top goal scorers at home and overall. Dundee are the leagues top scorers away from home however with 16 so it seems inevitable that goals will follow. 1-2 dundee in my opinion.
Should return around £40 for your £
