When the group was drawn, with Celtic effectively inheriting a Pot 4 slot and facing 3 top sides from France, Italy and Spain, most people predicted they'd get horsed. As such, coming within 1 goal of a progression is pretty decent, and recording 1 win 3 draws perfectly respectable. Their away bogey continues, though.

Those pair of 3-0s v Sion, reaching group and the 1 win 3 draws also helps the co-efficient.

Agree to an extent, not sure what sort of thought process was used when it was decided that the best way to react to the games governing body telling you to be quiet was to stick two fingers quite firmly in their face when absolutely everyone is watching you. Fucking idiots.

I thought celtic did very well last night and were very unlucky to go out.

Last nights match didn't cost them though, earlier mistakes saw them fucked out of Europe for the 3rd time this season.

They still managed to do themselves and Ireland proud.

Better luck in the Europa league next season bhoys, we'll try our best in the Champions League
