Yes, it is. He came to the 'Roy' from Ayr United at the start of the season.
Apparently sustained a serious knee injury the previous season, and was loaned to Rob Roy until the end of the year so as to improve his fitness levels. However, I believe he aggravated the same knee in the semi-final of the League Cup against the 'Peasie', and has been on the injured list since.
He's been a real miss. Looked a quality player in the few games he played for us.

Sad to report that Dean has decided to quit playing for the time being. He is still getting a lot of bother with his knee and has just started a new job so he is going to concentrate on that for the time being.

Sad to hear , along with the news our young on loan centre back Steven Bennett got a bad injury tonight its not been a good night .

Tbh out of all our signings dean was one of the players i was most looking forward to seeing has he comes with an excellent pedigree

I remember when Ayr signed him and he made himself a hero when he scored a goal in the Ayrshire derby but sadly he picked up a serious injury i do think if he had not picked up that injury he would still be a member of the current Ayr Utd side.
