had it a week now, at first I thought it was pretty decent, then the multiple bugs & glitches started to appear, story mode is tedious as well

I honestly think it's one of the worst games I've ever played. I really regret buying it on pre-order to get The Rock instead of just renting it.

The game is absolutely riddled with bugs, the sort of stuff that should be ironed out after alpha testing. Yes it might well be boasting about new ways of interacting with new creation suites but even they've got serious problems - A perfect example is trying to make your own entrance with your own music. The music is that loud that you can't hear anything else. It's ridiculous.

Next major gripe is the "Road to Wrestlemania" mode. It's just guff. I don't want to to follow Cena or Sheamus or anyone else through the elaborate stories. I'd much prefer to try and guide my own created character through it.

3/10 from me.

I played through the Road To WrestleMania mode but it was a bit of a chore. It's fcking terrible and everything is pre-scripted and pretty damn boring and predictable.

Not sure what WWE universe mode is as I haven't tried it yet but I don't tend to just play the odd random match against the computer, and apparently the online is tragic. So, if WWE universe isn't any good when I get round to trying it then I'm pretty much done with the game already.

I always wait and buy the WWE games in the post-Xmas sales for <£20. Reviews seem to say it is either brilliant or dire.

THQ should just stick No Mercy up on Xbox Live/PSN, as there will never be another wrestling game as good as it.
