I think Reading are priced too short tonight at 1.78 having only won once at home in their last 5. Peterborough have been decent enough on the road of late so I will be laying the home side.

I also think Burnley, Leicester and Forest are priced short at 1.99, 1.88 and 2.30 respectively.

Derby seem appealing at 2.64 at home to Brighton who haven't scored in their last 3 away games.

Logged into Sky bet to find two free bets so stuck money on YES for BTTS for Chelsea v Liverpool tonight and put one of the free bets on NO to ensure a miniscule profit for this evening. The other free bet is on Newcastle at 3/1 on Saturday but that's for the weekend thread. That's all for me tonight so far.

Like the look of Man City although I fancied them on Sunday aswell and they drew so that's what's putting me off. For some fucking weird reason I fancy Blackburn to do the business aswell despite being absolutely abysmal and Cardiff having a reasonable team. Also after the league victory a couple of weeks ago, 3.50 for Liverpool at Stamford bridge looks ridiculously high.

33/1 for City, Liverpool, Blackburn and Man Utd in a Sky Bet special. Probably a quid on it fur interest despite the Carling Cup being a minefield.

In the Championship Derby and West Ham look decent prices too.
We are a team, of fame and fortune.

Deliberating whether to put a single on Man City @ 2.30 if Van Persie isn't playing. Wenger has hinted that he will rest several key players (including Van Persie) for the game. Man City will also rest some regulars but they have world class players in reserve to come in. Will wait until the team-lines are announced...if Van Persie is rested and the Man City team looks strong then I might put £10-£15 on them.
Oooooh Garry Brady....

Just a dopey £1.50 on 4 draws for me

Cardiff, Leicester, Millwall and Watford

I would think a Man City/Chelsea double would appeal to those prepared to bet on Carling Cup with any conviction....

Man City, West Ham, Bristol City, Southampton and Fleetwood. £2 would return £52.67

20p on that and 23p on Man City, Chelsea and Cardiff to win @ 10/1.

Small bets to keep some interest and round down to £2 in my sky bet account for the weekend.

edit: not gonna put it on until I've seen the Man City and Arsenal lineups though.

And that was not a good start, losing the Doctor at this stage of the game is pretty catastrophic, the Mafia will be creaming themselves after that kill. Particularly when the Doctor is as skilful a player as Forehead is.

Arsenal without Van Persie- no goals.
Man City's back up team will hammer Arsenal's back up team.

Stupid Chelsea or Blackburn. Blackburn winning would've been better(providing Man U do the business tomorrow night)

Had a double on Man City and Bristol City DNB.

I'll take it and run for the time being. With the rate my balance is building, I'm starting to become very tempted in both upping my stakes and maybe even giving the 6>G challenge a go as my single bets so far have been brilliant.
