I can't say I've ever been terrorized by a chant, I guess I'm just tough.

I really don't see how you've managed to link these terrorist chants to racism though, the two things aren't even remotely similar.

Racism and supporting terroirsim is for scumbag c***s.

See the link?

Uh, yes they are. They both come under the category of being unacceptable.

think page 3 is quite funny

arguments based on "were calling ourselves it so its ok"

i wonder how many of the celtic support are really catholics, no not come from a family of catholics actually for themselves goto mass etc etc

and vice versa for the rangers fans

the people who tend to sing these silly songs you will find tend not to be religious Posted Image

i personally have never been offended by anything i have heard at a football match, ive heard a couple of silly things, but nothing that would offend me (except paper rosesPosted Image)

Well that's a pretty wide net we're casting then.

Racism and ginger hair - same thing.

I'd rather be part of a support that goes about stabbing their own, like.

So being Gingerist is acceptable, but being racist is not.

Hardly the same thing.

The Famine Song was written by a couple of dafties and posted on youtube and has never been sung at any football game in Scotland. Please stop posting lies to keep that myth going.

What are you on about?

I was being flippant, because his point is too inane. 'IRA songs and racism are the same thing because they are both unacceptable' is just ludicrous. 'Unacceptability' is entirely subjective and could cover anything from talking while Corrie is on, to attempting to annihilate the Jewish race. Racism and religious bigotry, on the other hand, would at least be comparable.

It's blatant whataboutery, not that I could give a f**k if some away supporter was racist anyway.
