Now, some people may take this as trolling thanks to a badly chosen User name but im being serious here. Steven Anderson has been brilliant for St Johnstone for the last year and his performance against Rangers was outstanding. If the likes of Craig Samson can get call ups, surely Steven Anderson deserves his chance?

Cant be a worse call up than Gary McKenzie!

Are you forgetting about the SFA conspiracy against us?

Most likely associated with our barren trophy cupboard. First squad after Ando moves on he will get his chance.

Thats true. So many players in the past should have had caps if you think about it

it doesnt need moved, since it is basically asking SPL fans they're opinions. You move it to the TA forum, you'll get the idiot lower league fans like DJP and Mckee, making judgements on how shit he is without ever having seen him play.

So no leave it here and for the record, he's no worse than what we have called up in the past, I'd be all for giving him a chance, albeit it wont happen.

I take it you were going for irony here, given the amount of tears spouted by yourself after Craig Samson's call-up, yes?

And approx 2 minutes for the obvious post to come in. Looks like you've a long night ahead getting stuck into the usual suspects and the usual gifs. Enjoy.

Of course. Someone always does. I was just surprised it took as long as 2 minutes! Mind you, I suppose it could have been 1 minute 2 seconds.

Oh yes...given he only has the buffoon Caldwell to replace then Ando is worth a try.

I've been thinking this (and mentioned it to others) too. He's been a main stay in our team over the last couple of seasons, where our clean sheet record is excellent. Enckelman has something like 29 clean sheets in 52 matches and Anderson has been the mainstay in the centre of defence in that time. He has been excellent, and should have been considered ahead of Mackenzie.

Realistically though, he's not International Class. He's a great player for St Johnstone though, and I hope we can hold onto him after his contract expires in the summer.

With the likes of Russell Martin at Norwich not getting much of a look in I think theres no chance of an SPL player coming in.

By "not getting much of a look in", do you mean "included in the last squad"?
