Two Bulgarian weightlifters have been transferred to the Azerbaijan Athletics team for a fee of 400K. These 2 young guys (aged 17 and 18) had already won medals - one even got a gold for Azerbaijan this year, (later annulled after a Bulgarian protest). Now, though, the need for money seems more important than keeping the promising sportsmen.
Begs the question, who should Scotland try and buy for one of our teams!

One is a woman (Boyanka Kostova). In the Slavic world -ova is the female adaptation (can't think of the proper word) of the family name.

56kg. Is that what the young boy weighs or what he lifts?

Pardon my ignorance!

Shocking!

You can't poach her. She already qualifies.
