Would like to see Glasgow get at least a goal back but checking up on Potsdam they have a very mean defence conceding only 2 goals in 6 six games. And its 7-0 now.

8-0, error by the Glasgow goalkeeper, that ball was going out and she got a hand to it sending the ball over the line.

It's going to be tough to overcome this in the second leg but, who knows, 6 or 7 quick goals...
It's very unusual to be watching a Glasgow team get hammered in Europe

Not sure about Potsdam but Glasgow were said to be an amateur team at half time of the game.

Who gives a monkeys who boness sign. They quite simply will not pose any threat to linlithgow this season. We have taken a squad who finished three points adrift and improved it all round. Boness have taken a league winning side and ripped it apart on the back of one mans whims. Top 5 at best for boness this year
BU's unbeaten vs the Rose. 2011/12

The Glaswegian newspaper had a large article last week explaining that the Glasgow City players have to pay £40 per month each to cover their training costs. They also have to pay their own travelling expenses and they held a fundraising concert last Sunday night to help raise some money to cover the cost of the trip to Potsdam. They train 4/5 times per week and play on Sundays, and the vast majority of their squad are in full time employment or education. That's dedication for you!
I don't know how much training Potsdam do but the gulf in class and fitness looked huge, but it has to be remembered that the Germans have been consistently one of the best nations in women's football and also had a Japanese World Cup winner in their side. A steep learning curve for City and it will be a strange feeling for their players as they are more used to winning by big scores.
