Central Region Junior League Division C - season 1972-73
Central Region Junior League Division B - season 1973-74
Central Region Junior League Division A - season 1974-75
Central Region Junior League Division B - season 1975-76
Central Region Junior League Division A - season 1978-79

This page lists all the league tables, though I suspect you have already visited it, as the data is missing from the divisions you are asking about.

I believe Dunipace were the champions of Div C in season 1972-73
I believe Bellshill won Div B in season 1973-74;
East Kilbride won Div A in season 1974-75

Here are two of the tables you asked for. There is an error in one of them. I don't know if it was made in the newspaper at the time or it was copied wrongly by me Cheers.

Lanark Utd also went on to win the Evening Times Cup Winners Cup that season beating my team Beith 2-0 in the final. Great achievement for what would be considered the lowest ranked team in the tournament.
