End of tenancy cleans on two flats, one a three bed and the other a one bed. Being an end of tenancy clean, the carpets, appliances, floors, cupboards, et al as well as windows, work surfaces, bathrooms etc need to be cleaned. One of the flats, the three bed, is manky, the other isn't bad at all and wouldn't take long.
