The Wire 5 Season Box Set @ Zavvi for £59.99

I think this may have been down to £49.99 at one point in the past, and maybe a good chance it will drop again close to Xmas.

Even at the price listed above, it is an absolute bargain - I bought each season individually for £15.


The Wire is the best television I have ever watched, and it's left everything else pretty stale in comparison. I can't recommend it enough!

You don't need me to waffle on any more about it, go check out the reviews online...


Edit: Sorry, I didn't initially see it on Mik's list - it's £69.99 on HMV.com, so instore price is a huge saving.

Those are the ones that I'd recommend. Especially Arrested Development.
