People who wished Celtic defeat, that says more about you than it does about Celtic or the good of Scottish football.

I don't wish Celtic defeat, I wish for a volley of SCUD missiles raining down on Parkhead thrice daily. For the good of Scottish football.

(Paranoia note: with a similar setup aimed at Ibrox)

After the disappointments in Europe for Scottish clubs, I thought Celtic played manfully for such a young side. They restored a bit of pride in Scottish football and there were some excellent performances. People who wished Celtic defeat, that says more about you than it does about Celtic the good of Scottish football.

you shouldn't even be in the tournament, so unless you pluck some results out your arses, you'll always be rummaging for euro scraps in my eyes.

Have you been in the east end of Glasgow recently? I think they've already started.
We hope that you choke

It's probably too much that Celtic restored any pride with a 3th place finish in the group stage, but they definitely avoided further OF embarrassment after Sion, Malmö and Maribor (the latter two both finished bottom of their group without a single win)
1941: Hibernian - Rangers 8-1. 1952: Hibernian - Manchester United 7-3. 1961: Hibernian - FC Barcelona 3-2. 1964: Hibernian - Real Madrid 2-0. 1967: Hibernian - FC Porto 3-0. 1967: Hibernian - Napoli 5-0. 1972: Hibernian - Sporting Portugal 6-1. 1974: Hibernian - Rosenborg BK 9-1.
