With an offal back line, the bhoys risk getting humped in every game in Europe this season. The question is, just how badly.

I reckon they'll let in 15 in the six games, scoring 2 and ending up with a goal difference of -13.

Or is that being overly optimistic?

Hmmmmm

Udinese are apparently playing the reserves tonight which should keep the score down a tad.

Atletico (a) 0-2
Udinese (h) 1-2
Rennes (a) 0-3
Rennes (h) 1-2
Udinese (a) 0-4
Atletico (h) 0-1

A turd of such epic proportions it has to be released in three installments. The first can stand on its own as a complete adventure. The second links to the first, but has a dark, inconclusive feel generating an air of foreboding and leaving itself wide open for an unknown ending. The final chapter has drama, excitement and moments where you think all is lost. A grand battle is waged where good overcomes evil and peace is restored in your gut.

Is that another way of saying the defence is a dog' s dinner?

Atletico (a) 0-2
Udinese (h) 0-2
Rennes (a) 0-2
Rennes (h) 1(p)-1
Udinese (a) 0-3
Atletico (h) 0-2

I'm thinking a draw tonight, probably 1-1. A point away would probably represent a decent result for Udinese considering they're resting players too.

Despite their defence not showing much heart, I think they'll be looking to win this game. I'll go 3-1 Celtic :o

Not cos spanners like you choose to try a gain a bit of reflected glory off a big team and don't actually go to the games? No?

0-2 Atletico
1-1 Udinese
2-2 Rennes
3-1 Rennes
0-3 Udinese
1-0 Atletico (who will play their entire B-list team, having won the group in gameweek 4)

I think Celtic can sneak 3rd, but will need snookers to do so. Watched them tonight; nae too shabby tbh.

Having said that, they looked good at home v Utrecht last year.

Has to be said that Udinese and Rennes are taking the piss and not taking this seriously. Sending out reserve teams is tantamount to match-fixing and the whole thing reeks of conspiracy. Posted Image

Conceded 7....and one of those Cha can claim. Level with Udinese on goals scored and conceded.

Celtic did not bad at all and never lost by more than 2 goals. 0-2, 1-1, 1-1, 3-1, 0-1, 1-1 *celtic scores always first.

Unlucky not to qualify - mostly down to horrible defensive errors.
