I'm firmly in the "if your eligible, give them a game" camp and I couldn't give a shit who the manager is. Ignoring your best players shows poor management skills. Eric Cantona walked out on Manchester United and Alex Ferguson still did what he had to do to get him. Had he been like Levein, he would have lost one of the greatest players to play for Man United.
